As we supply Practitioner Only products, we also collect professional information from healthcare practitioners applying for or holding an account, which may include qualifications, professional registration or association membership, and certificate of insurance details, so we can verify eligibility under our Practitioner Partnership and Supply Policy.
Where you order for direct delivery to a patient, we collect the patient delivery details you provide, such as name and address, for the sole purpose of fulfilling that order.
We do not store your full credit or debit card details. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
We do not collect sensitive information unless you voluntarily provide it for a specific purpose.
