The Muhdohub Portal is an independent DNA+Epigenetic test result portal. Complete your portal application with details of your clinic. Review the terms and conditions and Submit.
Portal Setup
Pay the one time setup fee and first month portal access fee. We set up your secure clinic and practitioner portal, and send through secure password access.
Order and collect
Order kits online & complete portal onboarding training. Introduce into your patient/client consultations. Obtain the saliva non invasive sample and send the test to the lab.
Review test results
Results land in your portal. Go through the insights and identify where to focus first. Develop appropriate protocol actions and discuss with your patient.
Act and retest
Support your client over the coming months, then run the follow up test. Compare results side by side and see what has changed. Adjust any protocols.

1. Who can order this test?
Registered health practitioners only. Patients/Clients cannot order through this page.
2. What does the test look at?
It looks at over 800,000 genetic markers and over 2,500 epigenetic sites, and groups the insights into 180+ topics across 23 areas. It is a wellness insights tool. It does not diagnose or prevent any condition.
3. What is the difference between genetic and epigenetic insights?
Genetic insights come from the DNA your client was born with, so they stay the same. Epigenetic insights look at markers that can shift over time, which is why a retest can show change.
4. How do I use the results with my client?
You review them in your practitioner portal, pick one to three areas to focus on, and build your plan from there. The results support your clinical judgement.
5. How does my client give a sample?
The kit includes simple instructions and a prepaid return pack.
We recommend you, the practitioner completes the salvia testing in your consultation with the patient. The practitioner then send the completed test using the prepaid return envelope to your AFGR Testing Lab State office.
6. How long do results take?
We strive to have tests completed with results loaded into your Clinic’s portal in a 3 to 5 weeks period. Practitioners will be receive a notification as results drop into your clinic portal.
7. Where is my patient’s/client's data stored and who can see it?
Your client's data sits in your secure clinic portal. Only you in your clinic can view / access it.
8. Do I need to keep paying the monthly portal fee to see my patient’s/client's results?
Yes. Results are viewed in your practitioner portal, which has a monthly portal fee. If the monthly portal fee is cancelled, your data is not accessible for you or your patient/client. See Join the portal below for fees.
9. Do the kits expire?
Kits have a shelf life of over 3 years, so you can order in volume and use them over time.
10. Can I order more than one kit at a time?
Yes. Approved practitioners get better pricing when they order 3, 5 or 10 kits.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. When should I retest a client?
That is your call as the practitioner. A retest makes most sense after a period of consistent support, so there is time for change to show.
2. Does my client need a first test before a follow up?
Yes. The follow up compares against the first test, so the first test needs to be on the same client record.
3. What will I see in the results?
The epigenetic results from both tests, side by side in your portal. You can talk through what has moved and what has not. Change is not guaranteed and results differ for every person.
4. Can a follow up show me that my plan worked?
It gives you more information to support your clinical judgement. It does not prove that any one product or plan caused a change.
5. Is the follow up cheaper than the first test?
Yes, because the genetic part is already done. The follow up focuses on the epigenetic markers that can change.
