- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts for a long period of time. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of selenium should not be exceeded. Vitamins should not replace a balanced diet.
- Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.

Dosage
Adults – Take 1 tablet daily for general support of healthy female hormonal balance; or 1 tablet daily for the first half of the female hormonal cycle and then 2 tablets daily for second half of the female hormonal cycle, or as directed by your health professional.
