General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply for subscribers to this website:
Pacific Health Auckland NZ and ProHerb Christchurch NZ are appointed as registered agents for the purposes of event booking registrations in New Zealand.

All rights reserved. Trading, information and transactions provided for by this website are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia.
1. Registration Fees
All participants must pay the registration fee at the time of booking an event. Participants can request a reprint of their receipt.
Bookings made within 2 business days of the event will incur a late booking fee. The fee is specific per event and can be found on the event invite.
2. Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by fax or email to the Bio-Practica Head Office in Adelaide.
Cancellations received ten business days prior to the first day of the event will receive a credit of registration fees less an administration charge of 10%.
Cancellations made within two and ten days before the event will be entitled to a credit of 50% of the value of the event, to be used within 12 months from the date of the credit.
Cancellations made within two business days and ‘no shows’ are not entitled to a refund or credit.
If submitting a cancellation, participants must ensure receipt of an acknowledgement from Bio-Practica Head Office. Only this will confirm that their request has been received and processed.
3. Liability
Bio-Practica reserves the right to amend any part of the event programme at any time. Bio-Practica will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of any or all events. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Bio-Practica accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred by delegates or accompanying persons.
Delegates are required to make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.
4. Personal Insurance
Bio-Practica cannot be held responsible for health care, dental or ambulance services required during its conferences or events. Bio-Practica strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances and against the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes or other causes. Bio-Practica and its local co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to delegates or accompanying persons, or their property regardless of the cause.
5. Privacy Legislation
In registering for Bio-Practica events, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list for the benefit of all delegates and may be used for marketing purposes. These details may also be available to parties accrediting the events. Bio-Practica may use these details to inform current participants of event updates or future events via post, email or SMS.
Participants are responsible for advising Bio-Practica if they do not wish to have their contact details included in the participant list or bWellness distribution list for future events.
